Our Caregivers

The quality and experience of our team of caregivers starts at the top with our Director of Patient Services, who is responsible for coordinating the care between our clients and our caregivers, as well as patient intake.  The decades of experience in the home healthcare industry by our leaders have seen strong relationships built with our caregivers, fostering the familial atmosphere that Trusted Care is proud of, and that contributes to us being the best in the industry.

Our team reflects Trusted Care’s desire to provide our clients with the best and most qualified caretakers available for our clients.  This begins with all prospective caregivers undergoing an extensive interview process, and certification as either a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or a Home Health Aide (HHA).  We also require a potential caregiver to provide solid professional references, meet all competency requirements, pass a criminal background check, and have at least three (3) years of previous caregiver experience.

"With Trusted Care, I don't have to worry about my mom falling at home while I'm away at work. They are absolutely the greatest!"

– Tina, Bensalem
